Ways to stop overthinking:
1.Take a deep breath
The best method to stop overthinking is 16 second method where you inhale for 4 second, hold for another 5 second and then exhale for 8 second. You brain can become overstimulate and now it's our job to calm things down by diverting thoughts in a positive ways.

Meditation is nothing but controlling thoughts of our mind. Daily meditation can definitely change your life. Just create this habit and you gain more mental control.

Always keep occupied you in such things where you enjoy most. Develop at least single hobby which you love to do like dancing, painting, crafting etc.
